The name means "parking for the teacher". Neighbours register their private parking spots, and teachers at the nearby schools book one for free on the same morning, then drive there with Waze or Google Maps.

Booking opens at 06:00 and covers today only. A teacher holds one spot a day, and the database stops two teachers from holding the same one. The access notes and the owner's phone number are shown only to the teacher who booked, and only on that day.
