Pitch In is for school and kindergarten communities of about 150 families. Duties like the morning road crossing, and notices like white shirt day, usually run through WhatsApp groups and Google Forms. Pitch In puts them on one board.

  • Admins, who are volunteer parents, create activities with slots and post notices from their phones.
  • Parents take slots and get one reminder the evening before.
  • Each family sees its own fair share, counted by number of kids. Only admins see who is behind.
  • A ready-made message goes to the WhatsApp group in one tap.

Built with Next.js 16, Drizzle, Better Auth and next-intl, on the same base as Chanaya Lamora.
